This policy applies to all Apple iPhone cases and accessories (including but not limited to cases, ipad cases, magnetic card holders, watchbands, etc.) purchased from GuxPureCases with manufacturing or material defects, such as:

• Adhesive failure, cracking, or breaking
• Peeling, fading, or staining of coatings
• Abnormal magnetic weakening or failure
• Unresponsive or misaligned buttons
• Significant functional discrepancies from product descriptions

 

 Warranty Period

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may request a refund or replacement for any of the above quality issues.

• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• Refunds or preference for a replacement

 

2nd.Resolution: Our team will review your claim within 24 hours. Upon confirming the defect:

• Refund Option: We’ll refund the full product price. You may keep the defective item.
• Replacement Option: We’ll ship a brand-new item at no cost to you.

 

3rd.Please NOTE: We sincerely offer friendly customer support for all orders.

• If you have any issues with your order—such as item not received, damaged goods, size issue, or dissatisfaction—please contact our support team first before contacting your bank or issuing a chargeback.
• Please do NOT file a chargeback.We guarantee to resolve your case within 24 hours.

Unauthorized chargeback without prior communication will result in permanent purchase restrictions and affect your credit record.
